Dinner with a view at The Boathouse in Disney Springs. Took a minute to get used to eating on the floating dock! Hoped to be real tourists and get into the hot air balloon but the wind wasn't cooperating.

Went to this restaurant expecting a self-pour taproom based off of someone's recommendation. That's definitely not what this was, but the food was good regardless and they did have like 100 beers to choose from!
Hit a lot of firsts today! First time at Universal (okay, City Walk). First time eating proper sushi. First time taking my shoes off at a restaurant bc they were rain soaked. First time almost fainting in front of a billion people — oh wait I've done that one plenty of times before.

Well, it finally happened. I like sushi. Also tried a couple of Japanese beers, but the verdict is still out on those.
January 2020
A girl's night out complete with sake, sushi, and naked magicians. We were the youngest ones in the crowd by about 60 years but it was good to get a glimpse of what our lives might be like in the future.
Haven't been able to smell or taste anything for the past few days as my body fights off a sinus infection, but that didn't stop me from testing my senses at Toasted UCF. I'm sure it was delicious! Can't wait to give it a try when I can fully appreciate it!

Fun fact: I've never been to Disney. So I recently went to Orlando and... Well, still didn't go to Disney. Heard it's a nice place though. Instead I got lost in this enormous hotel!
