Had burgers and, of course, a White Russian at the Lebowski Bar on our last night in Iceland. Wish we had a little more time (and money, because y'all: Iceland is expensive) to explore the city more. Iceland has officially been added to my "must go back" list!

After making the drive from Akureyri (through hail, rain, snow, and sun), this little cafe called Laki Tours was the only place open in the small town, so we got more 'za.

Had to drive up a VERY steep and winding mountain road on the way to Akureyri. Our little Suzuki Jimny didn't have power steering but I somehow didn't drive off any cliffs even though JP had little faith in me.

Left Höfn for Akureyri, a 6-hour drive made bearable by Iceland's natural beauty. While a small part of the drive was along the water, I grabbed some tea in Breiddalsvík and went inland instead of driving the Eastern fjords for the sake of time. Convinced there's a view no matter where you are in the country.
